Roles & Responsibilities

● Assist in managing daily operations related to training coordination and support

● Connect with women interested in the program and help them complete the enrollment

process

● Maintain accurate records of payments, and participant progress

● Coordinate between participants and trainers to schedule sessions

● Support the recruitment of trainers and manage their onboarding documentation

● Keep track of trainer payments and operational costs

● Collaborate with the internal team to resolve participant issues and ensure smooth

training delivery

● Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing training batches

Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline

● 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles

● Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English (spoken)

● Strong communication and multitasking abilities

● Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic online tools

● Well-organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

● Must be willing to do calling and manage onground ops
