Job Description

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily vehicle movements to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups. Coordinate with drivers, customers, and operations team to resolve route or delivery-related issues. Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure fleet efficiency. Maintain and update records of trips, dispatch logs, and operational reports. Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety regulations, and company SOPs. Monitor driver attendance, performance, and adherence to work schedules. Liaise with the customer service team to handle queries and provide timely updates on shipments. Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in logistics/transportation operations preferred. Knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and fleet management. Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of transport operations and route planning. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office/transport management software. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
