Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive in the Logistics Department, you will play a crucial role in managing client coordination, processing orders, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinate with clients to understand their logistics requirements, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods. - Receive and accurately process client orders using BUSY Software, while maintaining proper records and updating order status regularly. - Communicate effectively with internal teams (warehouse, transport, procurement) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. - Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues during transportation. - Prepare reports on orders, client communication, and logistics performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, client interactions, and inventory movements. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 3 years of experience in logistics operations or client coordination role. - Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of BUSY Software. - Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. - Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude.
