Operation Executive( Hospitality)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest service operations.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with all departments to meet operational goals.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards across the facility.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate major issues.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Support inventory management for linen, toiletries, kitchen, and other supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Maintain operational records, daily reports, and performance data.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and logistics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality operations (Front Office/Housekeeping/Guest Relations)
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices and service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
