Operation Executive

About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Executive to handle the daily coordination, reporting, and backend execution across our fulfilment and partner operations. You will ensure smooth order processing, accurate MIS reporting, and effective communication between our logistics partners, fulfilment centres, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities📊 Daily MIS Reporting: Maintain and update key Google Sheets trackers (PO status, dispatch, GRN, PRN, appointment schedules, shipment updates, etc.) Prepare daily summary reports for management and partner visibility Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across all operational trackers 🚚 Partner Coordination: Liaise with courier partners for shipment follow-ups, appointments, and delivery updates Communicate with platform partners (Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, Instamart, etc.) for dispatch confirmations, ASN creation, and GRN updates Follow up on pending deliveries, PRNs, and issue resolutions 💬 Daily Follow-Ups & Reporting: Share end-of-day status updates and action reports on team chat (e.g., WhatsApp / ClickUp / Slack) Escalate any delays, mismatches, or pending actions to the Operations Manager Maintain high responsiveness in communication with internal and external stakeholders 🧾 Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all dispatches are backed with complete documentation (Invoices, ASNs, DC Appointments) Track expiry of POs and maintain archive of past records Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (data handling, formulas, reporting) Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong sense of ownership and accountability 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or partner support (FMCG / e-commerce preferred) Knowledge of Zoho Books, Shiprocket, or similar tools is a plus
