Job Description

Operations Associate (Fresher)

Industry & Sector:

Business Process Outsourcing and IT Services. We provide end-to-end operational support, customer service, and back-office solutions to global clients in e-commerce, fintech, and telecom. Join our on-site operations team in India to keep mission-critical processes running smoothly and deliver measurable value from day one.Role & Responsibilities

Monitor daily process queues, allocate tasks, and maintain 100% SLA compliance.
Perform data entry and validation using Excel and ERP systems, ensuring zero defects.
Generate operational reports and dashboards, highlighting KPIs, trends, and variances.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks quickly.
Document SOP updates and contribute ideas for continuous process optimisation.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Willingness to work rotational shifts on-site.

Preferred

Exposure to ERP or CRM tools.
Internship or part-time experience in operations or customer support.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma basics.
Advanced Excel functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
Basic SQL querying.
