Job Description

Your Role

We are looking for a

Operation Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience for Mumbai location

who will be in managing operations preferably in Sales, Delivery and Pre-Sales function, project management will be a plus.

Operations Consultant will be the primary point of contact for the team and will work closely with team lead and other function leads.
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Help the organizations processes remain legally and regulatory compliant and examining financial data & using analytical skills leverage them to improve profitability.
Manage budgets and forecasts, perform quality controls and monitor KPIs. Should manage and coordinate in Recruit, train and supervising staff and will ensure timely and successful delivery of reports/dashboards.
Creating, owning and amending key documents such as budget plans, weekly/monthly reports overview packs, org charts, stakeholder maps etc. Tracking key actions and providing support to the team Lead. Strategy and planning support formulation of strategy for driving various initiatives for the business growth. Check report accuracy for all operations reporting prior to circulation and modify/ redesign reports according to BU/SBU requirements and business priorities.

Your Profile

Prior experience in sales/ financial reporting with strong operations background

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must have excellent Excel capabilities, problem solving and analytical capabilities

Strong business acumen and experience of providing key account KPIs to support the business

Has experience of working with various tools to support the processes
