Role & responsibilities

  • Brand Building and Enlistments to Government Sectors.
  • Technical Activities for Customer and Technocrats.
  • Lead Generation and Site Conversion for Trade and Non-Trade Sites.
  • Budget management in Conduction of Activity
  • Quality Complaint Attend and Resolve within 48 hrs
  • Institutional Sales site Verification and Go-Down Damage Verification.
  • Pre and Post Dhalai Supervision for Customers(IHB)
  • IHB Site and IS Non-Trade Site Visit
  • Technocrat and Government Office Visit
  • Training and Skill Development
  • Responsibility towards sales achievements
  • PJP Adherence
  • Lead Role in Major activity conduction- Engineers Meet and Annual Contractors Meet
  • Collection of Weekly /Monthly Test Certificate from Plant.
  • Performance monitoring through DCR-Weekly /Monthly
  • Per Month 100 nos IHB Site Visit and 20 nos IS Site Visit and 10% of Conversion from the Site Visit in both Trade and Non-Trade.
  • 20 nos Technocrat/ Govt. Engineer visit .
  • Addition of Mason MLP Enrolment.
  • After Activity Lead Generation from Customer and Technocrats.
  • Attended Monthly Review Meet and show all the Planned vs Achieved target to RH by PPT.
