Role & responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. Prepare and issue quotes, proposals, and technical documentation. Coordinate sales activities, follow-up schedules, and communication between customers and internal teams. Preferred candidate profile Ability to read or interpret technical documents (drawings, specifications, BOMs). Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn and understand technical products and their applications. Comfortable explaining technical details to customers with varying levels of expertise.
