Job Description: Job Title: OpenText VIM Location: Pan India Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 8 -11Years Job Type: Contract to hire Notice Period: Immediate joiners Mandatory Skills: Phase 1 Gained in depth understanding of business processes identified system gaps and collaborated with teams to identify process improvement opportunities for increased productivity and efficiency Phase 2 Developed and implemented customised solutions in OpenText VIM process to improve daily business processes saving 3307 hours and enhancing team efficiency S4 HANA and VIM upgrade from 75 to 234 ensuring smooth integration and business process continuity Collaborating with cross functional teams coordinated testing and resolved issues to maintain seamless invoice processing and system functionality implementation of Core Capture CC4S managing the migration of profiles from BCC to Core Capture Worked on the entire setup and configuration post upgrade issues related to the Vendor Invoice Management VIM system during the SAP S4HANA 2023 LAP upgrade Troubleshot and resolve compatibility and functionality issues after upgrading VIM from version 163 to 234 ensuring smooth integration and continued invoice processing Designed developed and supported day to day business requirements ensuring smooth operations Supported VIM OpenText approval and reporting processes during the FMP S4 HANA 2020 upgrade ensuring seamless invoice processing and assisting with impact analysis testing and post upgrade issue resolution Show more Show less
