About the Role:

OpenShift / Kubernetes Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain
Red Hat OpenShift
clusters and supporting infrastructure.
Manage
ODF (Ceph) storage
, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Implement
security best practices
and enforce cluster governance.
Monitor and optimize
cluster performance, networking, and security policies
.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the container platform and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with development teams to enable
seamless application deployment
.
Maintain system documentation and provide knowledge-sharing sessions to team members.
Plan and execute
backups and disaster recovery
operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–8+ years
of experience administering
Kubernetes or OpenShift
environments.
Hands-on experience with
ODF (Ceph) storage
, containerization technologies (Docker), and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Strong understanding of
networking (SDN/OVN), container security, and Linux administration
.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools:
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki stack
.
Automation experience using
Ansible, Shell scripting, Git
.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
