Functional SAP Project Manager

We are seeking two highly experienced and results-driven Functional SAP Project Managers to lead complex SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidates will possess a strong blend of deep functional SAP expertise, proven project management discipline, and exceptional client leadership skills. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

• End-to-End Project Leadership:Manage the entire project lifecycle for SAP engagements, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
• Functional Expertise:Leverage deep functional SAP knowledge to guide solution design, ensure best practices, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively.
• Delivery Excellence:Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, track budgets, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:Lead and motivate cross-functional teams comprising functional consultants, technical developers, and business analysts. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to defined methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Activate).
• Governance & Reporting:Establish robust project governance frameworks and provide regular, concise status reports to steering committees and leadership.

• A minimum of10 years of experiencein SAP project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full-lifecycle SAP projects.
• Must have hands-on experienceleading at leasttwoof the following project types:
• Greenfield Implementation(a new SAP implementation from the ground up)
• Bluefield Implementation(a system conversion with selective data transition and new implementation aspects)
• Brownfield Implementation(a system conversion or upgrade of an existing SAP system)
• Strong foundational knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM) with the ability to understand functional requirements and challenges.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, client engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications are a strong plus).

• Highly Desired:Hands-on experience withSAP Public Cloudimplementations (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition).
• Experience withSAP Private CloudorRISE with SAPwill also be considered.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• This role can be based out of ourNoidaorBangaloreoffices.
• The position follows ahybrid work model.
• For the Bangalore location, occasional travel (approximately2-3 days per month) to client locations will be required.
