Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Inside Sales Specialists with a proven track record in international B2B sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in lead generation, cold calling, and closing business deals across global markets. This is a high-performance role ideal for those who thrive in a target-driven environment and are looking for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through cold calling and outbound sales activities
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Provide product and service information to customers accurately and effectively
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and market trends

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
Minimum 2+ years of experience in International B2B Inside Sales
Strong experience in outbound calling and lead generation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Must be an immediate joiner or available to join within a short notice
