Looking for a candidates experience into IT Hardware Sales

Work location: Coimbatore

Shift: Day

Experience: 7+ years

Notice: Immediate to 1 month

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across corporate and enterprise clients.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue through effective lead generation, pipeline management, solution selling, and closing strategies.
  • Client Success: Understand client challenges and position tailored IT product solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Providing training, mentoring, and professional development for the sales team.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market shifts, and technology trends to stay ahead and sharpen positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, and client engagements to strengthen market presence.
  • Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate forecasts, market insights, and performance reports for senior leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record of 715 years in IT products/solutions business development within the domestic market.
  • Strong network in Domestic clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve set sales targets and objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market research capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in IT product and solution sales.
  • Strong exposure to domestic IT product market trends and client ecosystems.
