We are looking for a skilled sales professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead our enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies. As the Enterprise Sales Head, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's sales strategy and leading the team to achieve exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve their full potential and meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and other channels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a sales leader, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
