Job Description

Title:

National / Regional Sales Manager Grader Blades, Bucket Blades & Pallet Forks

Location: Preferably Kolkata / Nagpur / Delhi–NCR (open to travel across India)

About the company:

We are an Indian manufacturer of ground engaging tools (GET) and construction attachments – including grader blades, loader & excavator bucket blades, and pallet forks – supplied to road contractors, mining operators, equipment dealers and rental fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage PAN-India sales for grader blades, cutting edges, bucket blades and pallet forks.
Build and grow dealer / distributor network with construction equipment & tractor dealers, GET traders, and spare-parts stockists.
Generate business from road contractors, mining contractors, infrastructure companies, quarries, rental houses and government / EPC projects.
Coordinate closely with OEM and dealer parts managers for regular and project-based orders.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and negotiate price, payment terms, and credit limits.
Track competitor products (steel grade, hardness, prices) and give feedback for product development.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; submit sales forecasts and visit reports.
