Job Description

1. As a Sales Manager (4th Line Manager) you will be based at Bangalore and will handle Sales & Business Development of General Business covering Karnataka for reputed Pharma listed company.

2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of 75 Sales team Including ZBM's, RBMs, ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.

3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions of General products and effective implementation of strategies and appointed as Stockist & Distributes.

4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.

5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.


Required Candidate Profile


1. You should be B.Sc Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 18-20 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Zonal Sales Manager or Sales manager (4th Line Manager) covering entire Karnataka based at Bangalore HQ.

2. You should be good in Man/ Management with team of 75 Sales team Including ZBM's, RBMs, ABM's & MR's handling Acute/General Segment

3. You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.

4. You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.

5. You should be good in appointed Stockist /Distributors.
