Job Description

Senior Blended Process Associate(80% Chat 20% Voice ) - IT Hardware & Sales

Location:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through chat and voice channels.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for a wide range of IT hardware products.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hardware solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage customer inquiries and support tickets using a CRM system.
Track customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and maximize customer lifetime value.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT hardware products, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
Collaborate effectively with technical, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service and support.

Skills and qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a blended process role, preferably in a technical support or sales environment.
Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of IT hardware components, systems, and peripherals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a tech environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
