Educational Qualification: Diploma - Mech / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
Roles & Responsibilities
Looking experience into Import is mandatory
Creation PR, PO,vendor follow up.
Making of purchase orders, RFQs, and purchase requests.
Monitoring the contractors progress and performance .
Vendor source identification- quotation negotiations
Purchase requisition process as per the threshold/ clip level. Assisting requestors for PR creation, to submit PO cancellation request, adding line item in PO.
Proficient in Procurement process like Purchase order, goods receipt and invoice verification.
