Job Objective:-

A.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Plan & Procure machining & fabrication components, sub-assembly components required for various Encapsulation Machines & Line Machines.
• Ensure that ordered items are delivered timely and within standard practices.
• Improve OTDIF of components to 100% in order to improve customer satisfaction.
• Achieve Inventory level as per desired division budget.
• Ensure effective and efficient administrative support for internal departments on order, delivery, schedule, arrangements and invoicing, material reconciliation & closure of challans on time, GR clearance, BOM corrections, Timely payment to vendors.
• Timely Publishing of MIS reports includes PR to PO creation days, Open PO list of more than 90 days, Without PO receipt, Pending PR more than 15 days, OTDIF with delay analysis,
• Interacting and meeting with vendors for development and quality improvements through self certification, up gradation & rationalization initiatives.
• Implementing design changes at vendor premises in for of development.

• Cost saving through alternate vendor development, negotiation, JIT implementation & GMI Initiatives.
• De-risking vendor base to reduce dependency from current supplier & de-risk supply chain.
• Ensure timely closure of RCA & CAPA to improve FTR in supplies.
• Manage material escalation/shortage/urgent requirement.
• Adhere to SAP & other procurement practices established in division.
• Good Communication skills, Presentation Skills & Excel skills
• Relationship building with all vendors, cross functional team, Team building & self-development.
