Key Responsibilities: Assist in operating and monitoring chemical plant processes using DCS/SCADA systems . Support senior staff in achieving daily production targets. Ensure adherence to SOPs , HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines, and quality standards. Record process data, report abnormalities, and assist in troubleshooting. Conduct basic equipment checks and support raw material charging and shift handovers. Participate in safety training, plant audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
