Job Description

Job Summary:


We're seeking a talented Online Brand Specialist to launch and scale our new Vedic lifestyle products vertical at Academy of Vedic Vidya. As Online Brand Specialist, you'll define the brand's positioning, voice, and long-term vision while driving product development, marketing, and customer loyalty initiatives. Your focus will be on driving brand performance and customer experience through direct-to-consumer (D2C) website management and e-commerce initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Identity:

* Define brand positioning, voice, and long-term vision.

* Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.


D2C Website Management:

* Manage daily website operations (content, merchandising, product listings).

* Monitor website KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, conversions, AOV).

* Oversee customer journey (landing to checkout to post-purchase follow-ups).

* Implement customer feedback for improvements.


Product Development & E-commerce Setup:

* Curate and develop high-quality, authentic Vedic products with vendors/suppliers.

* Oversee website development, product listings, payments, logistics, and customer experience.


Inventory Management:

* Manage inventory levels, track stock, and optimize inventory processes.

* Ensure efficient order fulfillment and minimize stockouts or overstocking.


Performance Marketing:

* Collaborate with internal or external teams to run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

* Manage ad budgets, creatives, targeting, and campaign optimization.


Influencer & Community Marketing:

* Build partnerships with astrologers, occult experts, and influencers aligned with the brand.

* Collaborate on content, promotions, and events.


Content & Communication:

* Supervise all brand content – including product stories, packaging, emails, social media, and videos.

* Develop brand tone and voice.


Customer Loyalty:

* Build trust, drive reviews, user-generated content, and design loyalty or referral programs.

* Analyze customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.


Cross-Collaboration:

* Coordinate with the Academy of Vedic Vidya team for synergy and cross-promotion.

* Collaborate with fulfillment teams for order communication.


Requirements:


* Proven experience in online brand management, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

* Strong understanding of Vedic traditions and occult sciences (desirable).

* Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

* Experience with website management, inventory management, and performance marketing tools.
