  • Generate business via Direct or portals like Up Work Guru, PPH and Freelance or Visiting Local Clients.
  • Make cold or lead calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients
  • Should have knowledge of IT Software / Web Development/ DM company.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients requirement.

Qualification:
  • Knowledge of Direct Sales and bidding portals (Up work, Odesk , Flance, Web Guru, freelancer etc.)
  • Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
  • Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing, Excellent communication & inter personal skills, Flair for business development.
  • Sound knowledge of IT terminologies.

Required education:

  • Minimum Bachelors

Required language:

  • Spoken and Written English proficient

Job Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities in the global market.
  • Generating Business for Web, Mobile application, & Software designing & development Services, Virtual Reality Projects, etc.,
  • Experience in writing Proposals, Bidding for .NET Projects, Web and Mobile Development, Game Development related follow-ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.
  • Experience with interacting with clients in India /US/ UK/ Canada/ Australia/UAE Countries.
  • Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.
  • Getting business through different channels(Up work, Freelancer, People per hour, Guru, Email Marketing Etc.)
  • Quality project selection and bidding.
  • Lead generation through LinkedIn, database and other social networks would be added value.
  • Collecting and analyzing the projects business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.
  • Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the clients business needs.
  • Able to Communicate between the Client and the Technical team.
  • Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of clients organization and industry.
