Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests. Your collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams will be essential in executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and values. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research, prospecting, and lead generation. - Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to recognize market trends and opportunities. - Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet revenue targets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or bid management. - Proven track record of successfully developing and submitting proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests. - Strong understanding of the sales process and familiarity with platforms like Upwork. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.
