About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing startup looking to urgently hire a Business Development Executive to strengthen their online client acquisition and revenue growth efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bid on relevant projects through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.

• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.

• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.

• Follow up with potential clients via portal messages, emails, and calls.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate scope understanding and timely proposal submissions.

• Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions.

• Contribute to revenue growth through consistent and strategic bidding activities.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in online bidding / business development.

• Proven experience working on at least one freelancing or bidding portal.

• Strong written communication and proposal drafting skills.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
