Job Summary:

OneTrust Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the implementation and configuration of OneTrust modules:

o Consent & Preference Management

• Cookie Consent
• Policy & Notice Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into OneTrust workflows and configurations.
• Customize templates and notices using

  FreeMarker scripting

  .
• Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) through effective use of OneTrust tools.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for improving privacy practices.
• Perform data mapping, policy automation, and consent tracking.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on OneTrust usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OneTrust platform performance and configuration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 10–15 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in OneTrust platform implementation.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

o Consent & Preference Management

• Cookie Consent
• Policy & Notice Management
• Working knowledge of

  FreeMarker scripting

  for customizing templates and notices.
• Experience with any programming language (preferably

  Java

  ) for integration and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with

  SQL

  or other database technologies for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

· Certifications in OneTrust modules.

• Experience with other privacy management platforms.
• Understanding of privacy laws and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud platforms and APIs for integration.
