OneSignal CLM Expert

We’re seeking a skilled OneSignal CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Expert with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing and automation. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize cross-channel customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of CLM programs in OneSignal (push, in-app, SMS, and email).
• Build and manage advanced audience segmentation and personalized messaging strategies.
• Develop automated lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
• Partner with product, growth, and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
• Track key performance metrics (CTR, conversions, churn, LTV) and apply insights to improve campaign results.
• Stay current with OneSignal best practices and contribute ideas to enhance our lifecycle marketing stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing, with direct expertise in OneSignal.
• Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and event-based triggers.
• Proven ability to execute A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
• (Bonus) Experience with mobile apps, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
