Job Title: L1 Engineer Support – Onboarding & Offboarding
Experience: 1–3 YearsQualification: Any DegreeResponsibilities:Handle user onboarding/offboarding.Manage accounts in Google Workspace, Slack, Jira & other SaaS apps.Assign/remove licenses, ensure compliance, and maintain records.Support MDM tasks (device enrollment, remote wipe).Monitor ticket queues and resolve within SLAs.Desired Profile:0–2 years in IT support/helpdesk.Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Jira & SaaS license management.Strong attention to detail & time management.Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.Good communication skills.Preferred: Exposure to MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Hexnode), SaaS apps (Zoom, Dropbox, O365), or IT certifications.📞 Contact: 7710067220
