Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring successful integration and satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to gather necessary information, explaining service procedures, and addressing any questions or concerns. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Qualifications Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding skills Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Analytical Skills to assess and improve onboarding processes Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field Show more Show less
