Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring successful integration and satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to gather necessary information, explaining service procedures, and addressing any questions or concerns. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
