Onboarding Specialist

Intellyk Inc. is looking for a U.S. Onboarding HR Specialist to join their team in Noida, Sec 63. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, particularly in onboarding or HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of U.S. labor laws and onboarding best practices, as well as experience in using HRIS tools. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential for this role. As a U.S. Onboarding HR Specialist, your main responsibilities will include coordinating pre-boarding and onboarding activities for U.S. new hires, acting as the main point of contact for new employees during onboarding, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment laws. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing documentation such as I-9s, E-Verify, and benefits enrollment. It will also be part of your role to continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance the overall experience for new hires.,
