Position: Non-IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 6 months - 1 year in US recruitment (Manufacturing/Light Industrial)

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST - NIGHT SHIFT

Intellyk Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 6 Months - 2 years of recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various Non-IT roles in the US market.

Ensure smooth and timely recruitment processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must.

Technical Skills: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT) working on Manufacturing/Light Industrial.
