This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically in US recruitment within the Manufacturing/Light Industrial sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various Non-IT roles in the US market. - Ensure smooth and timely recruitment processes. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and activities. **Skills & Qualifications:** - **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills are a must. - **Technical Skills:** A graduate in any discipline. - **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT) with a focus on Manufacturing/Light Industrial sectors.
