Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview: As an Onboarding Specialist (HR) at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process for new hires, particularly healthcare professionals placed with US clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to maintaining a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding processes for healthcare professionals working with US clients - Collect and verify all pre-employment documents, including healthcare-related background checks, licenses, and certifications - Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and client-specific requirements - Communicate effectively with recruiters, candidates, and client managers to facilitate timely onboarding - Track onboarding status and maintain accurate records in internal HR systems - Conduct onboarding orientations and assist candidates with questions related to paperwork - Collaborate with credentialing and compliance teams to ensure hiring standards are met - Provide regular updates to HR and account managers on onboarding progress Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in US Staffing, with a preference for the Healthcare domain - Strong understanding of onboarding processes and US employment documentation - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information - Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Willingness to work onsite in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in the night shift For any additional details about the company, please refer to the original job description.,
