Role & responsibilities

3 to 5 years of experience in customer service.
Excellent email communication skills.
Proficiency in handling calls.
Fair knowledge and experience with advanced Excel.
Adept at creating dashboards and reports.
Manage the customer onboarding process, addressing queries both during and after onboarding, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes. This includes ensuring onboarding is completed within the agreed-upon Turnaround Time (TAT).
Maintain excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Collect, store, and organize data and files from customers and other departments.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for various stakeholders.
Answer inbound calls, evaluate client queries, and provide suitable solutions.
Demonstrate adaptability and responsiveness to diverse situations.
Adhere to all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go above and beyond to engage customers effectively.
Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
