Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  • Document customer interactions accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    10+2 (HSC) or above
  • Experience:

    Only Freshers

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
    • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
    • Customer-oriented mindset

Work Details:

  • Process:

    International Voice
  • Working Days:

    5 days a week
  • Week Offs:

    2 rotational week offs
  • Shifts:

    Rotational night shifts
  • Transport:

    2-way cab facility provided (as per company policy)
