Location : Coimbatore

Key Responsibility.

Review and analyze outstanding claims for U.S. healthcare providers.
Contact insurance companies via phone/email to resolve pending claims and secure payments.
Perform AR follow-up on denied and unpaid claims within deadlines.
Understand and work on denials, rejections, underpayments, and appeals.
Accurately document actions taken on patient accounts in the system.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company quality standards.
Meet productivity and quality targets set by the organization.

Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to leads/managers when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
0-2 years of experience in AR calling / RCM process (freshers can also apply).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. healthcare process).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word).
