O&M Engineer We are seeking a dedicated O&M Engineer to join our team, to ensuring the highest industries standards. Ideal candidates having 1-2 years of experience in operations & maintenance within the solar or renewable energy industry. Key Responsibilities O&M Support : Attending the breakdown calls Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in installed solar systems. Fault diagnostics and resolve complex technical issues in solar power systems. Monitor system performance remotely via inbuilt monitoring software and address anomalies and SCADA systems. Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their need and present our solar plant better service as the ideal solution. Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and executions teams to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively. Maintain strong client relationships, addressing post-installation concerns. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical support, software and hardware repairs, and maintenance activities. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain proper records of system operations, maintenance logs, and quality checks and as built execution data. Quality Management : Update and maintain material standards, quality protocols, and procedures and quality assurance. Prepare executions documents, QC reports, and certifications in compliance with company and ISO standards. Address and resolve quality issues, including customer complaint and non-conformances and customer non satisfaction point.
