O&M Engineer

You are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in operations & maintenance within the solar or renewable energy industry. Your responsibilities will include attending breakdown calls, providing technical support for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in installed solar systems, and monitoring system performance remotely. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present your solar plant services as the ideal solution. Collaboration with engineers, technicians, and execution teams is crucial for problem-solving and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical support, software and hardware repairs, and maintenance activities. Maintaining proper records of system operations, maintenance logs, and quality checks is essential. Quality management tasks include updating material standards, quality protocols, procedures, and quality assurance compliance. You will prepare execution documents, QC reports, and certifications in compliance with company and ISO standards while addressing and resolving quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conformances.
