O&M Engineer

As an O&M Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in operations & maintenance within the solar or renewable energy industry, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - O&M Support: - Attending the breakdown calls - Providing technical support for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in installed solar systems. - Conducting fault diagnostics and resolving complex technical issues in solar power systems. - Monitoring system performance remotely via inbuilt monitoring software and addressing anomalies and SCADA systems. - Client Engagement: - Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting our solar plant services as the ideal solution. - Collaboration & Communication: - Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and execution teams to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively. - Maintaining strong client relationships and addressing post-installation concerns. - Coordinating with vendors and contractors for technical support, software and hardware repairs, and maintenance activities. - Documentation & Reporting: - Maintaining proper records of system operations, maintenance logs, quality checks, and as-built execution data. - Quality Management: - Updating and maintaining material standards, quality protocols, procedures, and quality assurance. - Preparing execution documents, QC reports, and certifications in compliance with company and ISO standards. - Addressing and resolving quality issues, including customer complaints, non-conformances, and customer dissatisfaction points.
