The role demands strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in site surveys, load assessments, and feasibility analysis. Develop execution schedules and micro-level project timelines for each site. Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of drawings and materials. Plan site execution in line with project deadlines and client requirements. 2. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, minimizing downtime, and optimizing system performance across multiple sites. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: Monitor the performance of all installed rooftop solar PV plants (residential, commercial, industrial). Analyze system reports (via SCADA/remote monitoring tools) and troubleshoot underperforming sites. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards. 2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Plan and implement scheduled preventive maintenance activities for all sites. Lead quick response for breakdowns or faults to minimize plant downtime.
