Offshore MS Dynamics 365 & Copilot Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Integration & Implementationo Design and implement Copilot integrations within Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain).o Configure Copilot to support business processes such as automated insights, predictive analytics, and natural language queries.o Develop custom Copilot prompts and workflows aligned with organizational needs. Customization & Developmento Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).o Build connectors, APIs, and plugins to integrate Copilot with external systems.o Ensure secure and scalable deployment of AI-driven features. User Enablement & Adoptiono Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify Copilot use cases.o Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users adopting Copilot features.o Drive change management and promote AI adoption across teams. Testing & Optimizationo Conduct functional and performance testing of Copilot integrations.o Monitor usage and optimize AI-driven workflows for efficiency and accuracy.o Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
Knowledge of Copilot integration within Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics, Power Platform, Microsoft 365). Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse. Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, AI Builder, Cognitive Services). Familiarity with API development, REST services, and data integration tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or AI preferred. 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and integration projects.
