Doodhvale Farms is a rapidly growing Series-A dairy and daily essentials startup committed to delivering 100% fresh, pure, and chemical-free milk and dairy products directly from farm to home. We are on a mission to redefine trust, freshness, and nutrition in the dairy category. We are looking for a relentless, on-the-ground hustler who can drive offline sales growth, expand our local footprint, and build a high-performance sales engine.
The Offline / Field Sales Manager will own end-to-end execution of all offline acquisition and revenue initiatives in their territory — from lead generation to closing and post-sale relationship building. This role is highly field-driven with an emphasis on direct customer interaction, retail partnerships, and community activation.
1. Field Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
· Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for offline channels.
· Personally drive high-intensity door-to-door customer acquisition in key neighborhoods.
· Pitch Doodhvale Farms’ value proposition to residential societies, individuals in community spaces, local stores, and partner outlets.
· Conduct local activations (sampling kiosks, community events, RWAs) to generate leads.
· Negotiate and close partnerships with retail outlets, societies, and influencers.
2. Team Building & Performance Management
· Hire, train, and lead a high-energy on-ground sales team of promoters and field executives.
· Drive daily field discipline — route planning, visit logs, and conversion tracking.
· Conduct morning huddles and evening debriefs to monitor performance and solve roadblocks.
3. Territory Planning & Market Penetration
· Identify high-potential clusters using demographic and sales data.
· Map competitive presence and create localised counter-strategies.
· Optimize customer acquisition cost through targeted field activities.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
· Work closely with marketing for hyper-local campaigns and materials.
· Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth delivery post-acquisition.
· Share ground insights with leadership to shape product and market strategy.
· 4–8 years of experience in field sales / offline acquisition — preferably in FMCG, D2C, or subscription businesses.
· Proven track record of beating aggressive sales targets.
· Strong people management skills — hiring, training, motivating on-ground teams.
· Comfort with data-driven decision-making and sales funnel tracking.
· Relentless execution mindset — thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Experience in hyperlocal market penetration for consumer brands.
· Prior exposure to dairy, fresh foods, or daily essentials category.
· Working knowledge of CRM tools and Excel reporting.
· Be on the field at least 80% of the time — meeting prospects, leading activations, and coaching teams.
· Build and present a territory-level sales plan within the first 2 weeks.
· Ramp up daily lead generation to meet acquisition targets within the first month.
· Maintain conversion rates above agreed benchmarks while keeping CAC in check.
· Develop repeatable playbooks for society activations and RWA partnerships.
