Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Conduct product demos for VAC solutions.
Customer Feedback: V
isit sites for feedback and improvements & resolve site issues (cracks, slump, cube failures)
Customer Management:
Provide mix design and raw material analysis.
Maintenance Management:
Maintain lab setup and ensure timely calibration
.
MIS:
Reconcile physical stock & update labs records as per QCI/ISO.
Product Development:
Generate mix data and design as per customer needs.
Product Testing:
Test concrete cubes and analyse strength, conduct trials and collaborate with third-party labs & check and reject poor-quality raw materials
.
Production Execution:
Ensure timely VAC order execution & monitor batch quality and adjust moisture/admixtures
