  • Assist Branch Manager:
  • Provide leadership to the bank through efficient daily operations in all areas of banking service.
  • Supervision:
  • Schedule and supervise customer service representatives, head teller, tellers, safety deposit clerk, and financial service managers in daily tasks and operations.
  • Performance Evaluations:
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Support Manager:
  • Assist the manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.
  • Oversee Banking Services:
  • Ensure excellence in customer service; contact or assist customers and prospective customers.
  • Staffing Procedures:
  • Review and manage staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable, and that salary structure is equitable.
  • Additional Duties:
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
