Assist Branch Manager:
Provide leadership to the bank through efficient daily operations in all areas of banking service.
Supervision:
Schedule and supervise customer service representatives, head teller, tellers, safety deposit clerk, and financial service managers in daily tasks and operations.
Performance Evaluations:
Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Support Manager:
Assist the manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.
Oversee Banking Services:
Ensure excellence in customer service; contact or assist customers and prospective customers.
Staffing Procedures:
Review and manage staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable, and that salary structure is equitable.
Additional Duties:
Perform other related duties as assigned.
