Key Accountabilities & Outcomes Location: Gargi Huttenes Albertus Pvt Ltd, R&D Lab at Nerul, Khopoli No. of Vacancies: 1 Qualifications: first class B.Tech./M.Tech in Paint technology or coatings from Institute of repute. Experience: Min 2 years in Industry. Position reports to Manager – R&D / Team Leader. Compensation: As per the qualifications and experience. Age: 25 – 35 years Support R&D to execute and coordinate for innovation projects related to new RM and alternatives. Testing of raw material samples. Test method Development for Coating. To help in trouble shooting with QC team. Interaction with Dept Head and HoDs, COO R&D head, teams, procurement team QC Head Production head Stores Coordination To coordinate with HoDs, Quality & production Providing R&D support, Work Relations Internal Relations COO HoDs Stores Procurement. External Relations Sales/marketing Key Dimensions People Dimensions Direct reports –Manager R&D Qualification B Ttech M Sc. / M. Tech / Ph.D. in Paint & coating with first class and from Institute of repute. Technical/Functional Expertise Expertise in paints/coatings. Software – ERP, MS Office, Behavioural Competencies Excellent Communication skills written/spoken. Excellent soft skills. Confidence, self-drive, Initiative, Sense of urgency, focus and priority, teamwork, open communication, accountability, collaboration. Personality Fluent in communication with logical reasoning, sequential, thinker, problem solving techniques Quick applicant of knowledge and experience.
