Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing Accurately process a variety of credit card transactions, including authorizations, payments, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Data Verification Verify and validate transaction details to prevent errors and detect potential fraud.
• Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries and resolve transaction-related issues efficiently and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Record Keeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Compliance Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration Work closely with other departments, such as fraud prevention and customer service, to streamline transaction processing and resolve issues promptly.
• Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
