Job Description

Transaction Processing: Accurately process a variety of credit card transactions, including authorizations, payments, refunds, and chargebacks.
Data Verification: Verify and validate transaction details to prevent errors and detect potential fraud.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve transaction-related issues efficiently and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.
Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as fraud prevention and customer service, to streamline transaction processing and resolve issues promptly.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
