Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The E-Auction Procurement Specialist plays a crucial role in the GCC industry, specifically focusing on conducting various types of auctions such as Reverse Auctions, Dutch Auctions, and Japanese Auctions. This position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in procurement and a deep understanding of e-auction processes.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Conduct reverse auctions to procure goods and services for the organization. Organize and oversee Dutch auctions, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the procurement process. Facilitate Japanese auctions, leveraging relationships with suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes. Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed decisions during auctions. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Maintain records of e-auction activities and outcomes for reporting purposes. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in e-procurement.

    Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the GCC industry.
