Job Description

To ensure compliance ofcGMP requirements & Good Engineering Practices, other statutory laws rules and regulations.

Planning of work and manpower on day to day basis. Ensure the Project execution Erection & commissioning to be complete with in timeline of All HVAC system & related Utility.
To ensure Qualification & documentations of all HVAC equipment's done as per requirement.
To ensure effective planning and execution of preventive maintenance to improve the efficiency level of HVAC system & Utility.
To Co-ordinate with vendors for complete the Installation, Qualification Activity within timeline related to utility.
Ensure that there is development & implementation of procedure related to operation and maintenance.
Ensure to minimize Power consumption without effècting production schedule. To work in close co-ordination with project department for smooth taking over and transitions of any new system and project.
Ensure inventory management of spares in close co-ordination with purchase dept.
To streamline the working of HVAC system by means of defèct analysis.

Prepare/ implementation of all the cGMP documents and maintains all the relative records.
I l . To train the downstream staff for proper operation, maintenance, Project execution to be performed as per requirements.

Co-ordination with internal engineering, production team and external contractor to achieve the above in efficient & timely manner.
Regular reporting to the higher authorities of the critical issue arising during the operation and regular update of the corrective action being taken.
Responsible for implementation of cGMP within the plant.
Any additional task on job role will be assign by the management.
To maintain the safety practice during plant operation and maintenance.
